If you are a customer and ever have a problem that requires you to talk to Accutek's technical support team, you will always talk to a technician who is very knowledgeable about the Internet, Internet software, and the different popular operating systems such as Windows 95, DOS/Windows 3.1x, and MacOS. You can get a hold of Accutek's tech support team in several ways: e-mail (Accutek will reply to your message within 24 hours, usually much faster), phone, or walk-in. If your problem is significant enough to make walk-in support necessary, you can bring the computer system in to the store for Accutek to look at for no charge while you wait (there is no charge only if the problem is just a software problem). Also, because Accutek is a full service computer store as well as an Internet provider, Accutek can help you with hardware problems or upgrades as well.
